What information do we collect?

When registering with Achieve Excellent English (AEE) or purchasing an English session via our online booking system you will be asked to enter your name, email address, and telephone number.

When completing an online consultation form you will also be asked for the same information. In addition, when completing a consultation form for younger learners aged 8 to 17, you will be asked to confirm the age of the individual.

We do not collect any information from anyone under 8years of age. We request parents to register their children aged between 8 and 17 for lessons.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To process transactions

Your information, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

To send periodic emails

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you confirmation of your lesson time, day and receipt of payment.

AEE will also send you corrections to your grammar from your last session, explanations of words, and/or examples of how to use a word or phrase in a sentence.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

The booking system we use offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and our teachers are required to keep the information confidential.

The information which is kept on AEE computers is protected using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration.

We use the PayPal online payment system to receive and refund all monies paid.

Do we use cookies?

No, we do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. We may use your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with any law enforcement agency, or to protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Retention Time

The data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the client, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the client can always request that the AEE suspend or remove the data.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

If you live in the USA we are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 1998), and do not collect information from anyone under 13 years or age.
